Who we are

Jackson Company Holdings Limited, trading as Lee Paul Jackson. Registered in England and Wales, company number 13093081. Registered office: 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. VAT number GB 529 2617 77. Email lee@leepauljackson.com.

For businesses only

We only sell to businesses. When you sign up, you confirm you are buying for your business, not as a private person.

Free previews

  • A preview is free and there is no obligation to buy.
  • We build it from your answers and from public details about your business.
  • We may take a preview down after the date we tell you.
  • Your website only goes live once you sign up and pay.

What you get

You get what our site shows when you sign up. For example, building and hosting your website, security and updates. If your plan includes them, you also get Lucy answering your calls (up to the minutes shown) and automatic review requests to your customers.

We work hard to get you more local jobs, but we cannot promise a set number of jobs or a set place on Google.

Price and payment

  • The price is the one shown when you sign up.
  • You pay by card through Stripe, taken automatically each month or each year.
  • You get an invoice for your books.
  • If we ever change your price, we will tell you at least 30 days before. You can cancel before it changes.
  • If a payment fails, we will let you know. We may pause your services until it is paid.

Cancelling

  • Monthly plans. Cancel any time with one message or email. There is no contract, no notice period and no cancellation fee. We stop the next payment. Your services run to the end of the month you have paid for.
  • Yearly plans. Cancel any time and the plan will not renew. Your services run to the end of the year you have paid for. We do not refund unused months.

Guarantees

If our site showed a guarantee when you signed up, we will honour it as it was shown then.

Your domain, your Google profile and your content

  • Your domain name is yours. If you leave, it goes with you.
  • Your Google Business Profile and your reviews are yours. If you do not have a profile, we set it up with you as the owner.
  • The logo, photos and words you send us stay yours. You let us use them for your website. You confirm you have the right to use them.
  • We may show your website as an example of our work. Tell us if you would rather we did not.

Our work

Your website is built on our own system. The code stays ours. While you are a customer you can use it as your website. If you leave, the website comes down, but your domain, your Google profile, your reviews and your own content stay yours.

Your customers’ details

When Lucy answers calls for you or we send review requests to your customers, we handle your customers’ details for you. You are in charge of those details. In the law you are the “controller” and we are your “processor”. This means we:

  • Only use your customers’ details to give you the service you asked for.
  • Keep them private and secure. Our team does the same.
  • Only use trusted providers (for phone calls, texts and AI) who agree to rules like these. We will tell you before we add or change one, so you can object.
  • Help you if one of your customers asks to see, change or delete their details.
  • Tell you without delay if their details are ever lost or seen by someone who should not.
  • Delete or return their details when you leave, unless the law says we must keep them.
  • Give you the information you need to show these rules are being followed.

You confirm you are allowed to share your customers’ details with us.

The details of this processing

  • What and why: answering your calls with Lucy, passing you the job details and sending review requests to your customers.
  • How long:while you are a customer. We delete your customers’ details within 30 days of you leaving, unless the law says we must keep them.
  • Whose details: people who call you and customers you invoice.
  • Which details: names, phone numbers, addresses, what the job is, what was said on the call and when.
  • Security and problems: we keep the details secure and help you meet your own duties, including if something goes wrong or you need to check a risk.
  • Checks: you can ask us for information to check we follow these rules. We will answer within a reasonable time.
  • Outside the UK: some of our phone, text and AI providers store data in the USA. They use contract terms the UK has approved or the UK and US data bridge.

Using this site

  • Please use the site in a fair way and only for its normal purpose.
  • Do not try to harm the site or send it spam.
  • Please give true details when you contact us.

Our responsibility to you

  • We are not responsible for lost profit, lost business or lost jobs.
  • Our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.
  • Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or for anything else the law says we cannot limit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will go on this page with a new date at the top. If you are a customer, we will email you before a big change takes effect.
